Return Window We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date. After this period, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original, undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Important – Contact Lenses & Eye Care Products For hygiene and safety reasons, contact lenses and eye care products that have been opened or removed from their sealed packaging cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please ensure you order the correct prescription, base curve, and diameter before completing your purchase.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for products of equal or lesser value. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost to you.
